The credential must be from a designated learning institution (DLI) and meet the program's minimum duration requirements.

  3. Language Proficiency:Achieve at least CLB 5 in a recognized English or French language test (e.g., IELTS, CELPIP, or TEF).

  4. Other Requirements: Be physically present in Canada at the time of application and when you get permanent residence. Have valid temporary resident status (or be eligible to restore it). Intend to live in a province other than Quebec.
